Cyber security specialists from Israel will help to create an infrastructure for secure financial transactions in the international financial center of “Astana”. This will include the use of blockchain technology. In addition, the Israelis will develop training programs on cybersecurity for developers from Kazakhstan. Israeli experts will help to establish safe and reliable transactions in the international financial center “Astana”. This was announced by the founder of the cyber-park “Beersheba” Ultrasound, Zwebner at the international forum “Digital Bridge” in Astana.

“We are trying to make the protection of transactions that will be carried out online through Bank transactions more secure, so that in the future those people who use financial transactions can safely make transactions,” said Uzi Zwebner.

According to him, the work of Israeli experts will be held in the areas of IT, blockchain and cybersecurity for the financial sector.

In addition, training programs for Kazakhstani specialists will be developed.

AIFC “Astana” was opened in July this year as part of the state program for Kazakhstan’s entry into the list of 30 most developed economies in the world by 2050. The work of the center is aimed at the development of the financial system of the country.

It should be noted that in April this year it was reported that the Ministry of Finance of Kazakhstan together with IBM and PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PwC) specialists are working on the creation of a blockchain system for monitoring VAT payments.

However, in the same month, the country’s Central Bank called for a ban on ICO and cryptocurrency advertising. However, a month later, the President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev expressed a more relaxed attitude to cryptocurrencies, proposing to develop common global standards for market regulation.
