French High School will Teach Students About Bitcoin and Altcoins

 

As a step forward to better understanding and adoption of Bitcoin & cryptocurrencies, France is intended to present a new educational program for French high school curriculum that will include Bitcoin and other crypto coins & tokens.

Already in June of the current year, the National Education Ministry of France made changes in its education plan and included in it Bitcoin, the largest crypto–asset in the globe. It is expected that French educators will teach an introductory course that will allow students to understand the influence of Bitcoin on the French and international economies.

The ministry will also provide teachers with 3 educational explaining videos, addressing queries such as “Is Bitcoin the future currency?”, “Can Bitcoin substitute the Euro?” as well as “Do you have trust in your currency?”

In accordance with the program of the French Ministry, students will need to draw a parallel between traditional currencies and Bitcoin. This will help the students have a prior comprehension of the meaning of Bitcoin, as well as other crypto coins and tokens, understand the role they have in the traditional financial industry.
