CRYPTOCURRENCY EXCHANGE COINBASE HAS CONFIRMED THE POSSIBILITY OF WITHDRAWAL VIA PAYPAL

Two weeks after the appearance of information that Coinbase has added the ability to withdraw funds via PayPal, the crypto exchange officially confirmed the innovation. However, it has removed information about limits on such transactions and their availability to residents from other countries from the relevant section of the website.

It is officially reported that the offer is valid for US residents. For users from some other jurisdictions it will be open in 2019. Americans will no longer have to wait a few days for the money to arrive at the Federal Bank account through a transfer or via the ACH network – the transfer will be carried out immediately.

“You can withdraw funds in this way not only quickly, but free of charge and without commissions,” said Allen Osgood, product manager of Coinbase.

To take advantage of the new feature, you need to log in to your Coinbase account and link it to your PayPal account, and then select it as a payment method when withdrawing funds.

Recall that the ability to withdraw funds from Coinbase through this payment service has existed since 2016, but was closed last year.
